Zafer Arslan has 21 years of experience in Banking, Finance and Real Estate. He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Utah; Utah, USA. He began his professional career in Turkey with Iktisat Banking Corp., a pioneer local bank in Turkey back then, where he worked as Credit Manager for 3 years. That was followed by Credit Lyonnas Bank, Istanbul during 1989-1991, and Koc American Bank during 1991–1994 as Marketing Manager for Lending. Mr. Arslan continued his career as being the co-founder and managing partner of Ata Gayrimenkul Ltd. Sti., a local real estate consultancy and services firm. As of 2005, he has been serving in AB Group as the co-founder and managing partner. He is also a member of Global Real Estate Institute, Association of REIT’S, Urban Land Institute, International Investors Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers.
