Melih Arslan is the co-founder and managing partner of AB Group. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University Istanbul, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and received his MBA degree from Yeditepe University, Istanbul. Mr. Arslan’s engagement in education prolonged as he lectured at the Faculty of Architect in Trakya University during 1983-1986.

He stepped into family business afterwards, and worked as Project Manager in his family firm during 1987-1992. Later, he was a managing partner at Altay Yapı Malzemeleri ve Sanayi Ticaret; Istanbul, Turkey, dealing with construction and construction materials supplement until 2005. Since 2005, he is a prominent member of AB Group, utilizing his 20 years of knowledge and experience in construction, construction materials, development and management to build up service intelligence for AB Group.

Member in Global Real Estate Institute, Association of REIT’S, Urban Land Institute, International Investors Association, and International Council of Shopping Centres.
